An addendum has been issued for the Request for Proposals (RFP) for Demolition & Abatement Services dated March 30, 2026. Addendum #1 provides responses to bidder questions and clarifications regarding utility connections, existing site conditions, scope of work requirements, and other project-specific details for the three included properties.

Please review the addendum in full prior to submitting a proposal. All other terms and conditions of the original RFP remain unchanged.
