The Albany County Land Bank Corporation has issued an addendum to the Request for Proposals for demolition and abatement services for up to three residential buildings in the City of Albany.

ACLB is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced legal firms, individuals, or teams ("Respondents") to provide legal services in support of its mission to return vacant, abandoned, and tax-foreclosed properties to productive use.
