At this celebration of freedom with the Alice Moore Black Arts and Cultural Center, our Land Bank team was glad to meet more than 100 people at the event.
In Albany, a developer saw opportunity at 260 Bradford Street. As a result, this vacant and abandoned building has been redeveloped as 10 units of housing. The Land Bank is happy to share what’s happening here - a success story.
Project progress is visible with site work happening, new building foundations formed, and walls going up!
