Pursuant to the Open Meetings Law, this is notice of a Special Meeting of the Albany County Land Bank Corporation Board of Directors.

Due to a lack of quorum at the regularly scheduled Board meeting, the Albany County Land Bank Corporation will hold a Special Meeting to address and take action on items requiring Board consideration.

The Special Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at 111 Washington Avenue, Albany, New York.

The meeting will be streamed live and recorded via the Albany County Land Bank Corporation’s YouTube channel. A public comment period will be provided during the meeting. Written public comments may also be submitted and must be received by 2:00 p.m. on the business day preceding the meeting.
