Join Radix for the 16th Annual South End Earth Day in Albany! Volunteers will meet at Radix at 10 a.m., form groups for each garden site, and team up with a Crew leader. Radix will provide all the tools and supplies needed to freshen up garden beds and remove debris that has accumulated over the winter. At 1 p.m. the Block Party starts, with food and refreshments, music and dancing going until 4 p.m. Countless community-based organizations will be there, eager to share what they have to offer including free health screenings, clean energy job resources, soil testing, and more.
