Development Projects

The Albany County Land Bank controls three large clusters of properties in the City of Albany and has assembled them for development. These clusters are located in the South End, West Hill/Arbor Hill, and Beverwyck neighborhoods. These clusters have unique characteristics, demographics, resident needs, and long-term visions.

To ensure that these developments are successful, the Land Bank has taken an active role in shaping these projects with the developers to incorporate the wants and needs of the community and making sure we have the the most updated visions of the community through continued engagement until the project is ready to build.
